Santa Fe Chicken, Black Bean and Corn Chili with Tillamook Cheddar (24 oz, for 2)


Jay’s Santa Fe Chicken, Corn, and Black Bean Chili starts with sauteed celery, onions, zucchini, bell peppers, garlic, crushed and stewed tomatoes, then we add shredded chicken (white and dark meat), black beans, corn, and season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, white and black pepper, and parsley.  Grated Tillamook Cheddar on the side.  Serves 24 oz, for 2.
