DEUCE: Herb-Grilled Chicken, Peach-Apple Chutney, Sweet Potato Pilaf (for 2)


Jay’s Herb-Grilled Chicken is marinated in an herbal mash (thyme, sage, basil, and rosemary with lemon juice, olive oil, Worcestershire, egg, and brown sugar) and served with sweet-and-tart Peach-Apple Chutney (made with Colorado peaches, apples, figs, onion, garlic, wine/cider vinegar, lemon juice, craisins, raisins, and brown sugar).  Sweet Potato Pilaf (jasmine rice, celery, onion, and sweet potatoes) and market vegetables on the side. DEUCE, serves 2.
