Jay’s Chicken Fajita Wrap/Salad starts with steeping boneless chicken in lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, canola oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, gluten-free soy sauce, and brown sugar, then grilled over open flames.  The chicken fajitas are then chilled and served over a bed of chopped Romaine lettuce and accessorized with caramelized onions, bell peppers, Jack cheese, avocado, and Jay’s Sun-Dried Tomato-Cilantro Dressing.
