Grilled Chili Lime Chicken Fajita Salad, Peppers, Onions, Avocado (for 1)


Jay’s Chili Lime Chicken Fajita Salad starts with steeping boneless chicken in a chili-lime marinade (lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, canola oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, gluten-free soy sauce, parsley, brown sugar), then grilling over a roaring flame. The chicken fajitas are chilled and served over a bed of Romaine lettuce and accessorized with caramelized onions, bell peppers, Jack-Cheddar cheese, a whole avocado, and Jay’s Chili Lime Cilantro Dressing (made with  olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, brown sugar, and cumin.)
