Herb-Grilled Chicken, Chop’d Greens, Maple Pecan Crisp, Goat Cheese, Pomegranate Vinaigrette (for 1+)


Jay’s Herb-Grilled Chicken starts with steeping boneless chicken breast in a lemon-herb mash (lemon juice, olive oil blend, parsley, thyme, basil, rosemary, garlic, brown sugar), then grilling over an open flame, blast chilling,  slicing, and serving over chopped Romaine lettuce and mixed greens, adorned with shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, Maple Pecan “crisp” (caramelized roasted pecans), crumbled goat cheese, and Jay’s Pomegranate Vinaigrette.

Pomegranate Vinaigrette Ingredients: reduced pomegranate juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, Dijon mustard, agave, brown sugar, herb seasonings, salt, black pepper.
