Jay’s Grilled Lemony Herb Chicken starts with steeping boneless chicken in a lemony herb vinaigrette (lemon juice, oil, parsley, thyme, basil, rosemary) and grilling over an open flame, then chilling and serving over a bed of chopped Romaine lettuce and adorned with shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, Walnut “crisp” (caramelized walnuts), shredded provolone cheese, and Jay’s Nectarine-Agave Dressing (made with fresh nectarines, wine vinegar, canola oil, olive oil, lemon juice, agave, and nutmeg).
