Mesquite-Rubbed Steak and Chicken Gumbo with Wild Rice (for 1)


Jay’s Mesquite Rubbed Steak and Chicken Gumbo starts with a mirepoix of celery, onions, bell peppers, garlic, then we add stewed tomatoes, okra, red beans, brown and wild rice, shredded chicken, and organic chicken broth, and spice up the pot with white and black pepper, parsley, thyme, paprika, and a pinch of cayenne. We finish the gumbo with meaty flair by adding grilled Mesquite-rubbed flank steak (diced thin) to the bowl.  #OneBowlManyFlavors
