Herb Grilled Steak Marsala with Mushrooms and Cheesy Cauliflower Mash (for 2)
Jay’s Herb Grilled Steak is first marinated in a gluten-free soy sauce, dried and fresh herbs, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worchestrireshire sauce, and canola oil. The steaks are then flash-grilled over an open fire and served with a Mushroom Marsala Sauce (made with shallots, garlic, mushrooms, Marsala wine, organic chicken broth, and light cream). Served with Jay’s cheesey Mashed Caulifower #treatyourself!
The steaks are cooked rare – we recommend reheating in an oven to the desired degree of doneness.
