Char-Grilled Steak w/ Mushroom Bourguignon, Green Beans and Asparagus Almondine (for 2)


Jay’s Char-Grilled Steak is marinated in a gluten-free soy sauce, dried and fresh herbs, lemon juice, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and canola oil. The flank and sirloin steaks are flash-grilled over an open fire and served with a brawny Mushroom Bourguignon sauce made with button and wild mushrooms, shallots, carrots, red onion, garlic, Burgundy wine, organic chicken broth, tomato paste, thyme, parsley, and light cream.  Served with Green Beans and Asparagus Almondine (vegetables roasted with almonds, sea salt, and olive oil.) #treatyourself! 

Notes: Steaks are cooked medium- rare; we recommend reheating in an oven to the desired degree of doneness. The mushroom sauce is thickened with a flour-and-butter roux.
