Hibachi Steak and Shrimp Bowl, Mushroom-Edamame Medley, Brown Rice (for 2)


Before grilling, steak and shrimp are marinated in a teriyaki-like marinade (with gluten-free soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, and pineapple juice), grilled, and served bowl-style over brown rice along with roasted mushrooms, edamame, onions, and bell peppers. Garnished with toasted sesame seeds.
