Island Chicken Bowl w/ Jasmine Rice, Roasted Plantains, Candied Yams (for 1)


Jay’s island chicken is steeped in an herbal mash of thyme, parsley, gluten-free soy sauce, wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pineapple juice, canola oil, green onions, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon. The marinated chicken is grilled, diced, and served over jasmine rice pilaf (made with celery, onion) and adorned with roasted plantains and “candied” yams (made with roasted sweet potatoes seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, butter, and brown sugar.)
