Pacific Rim Chicken, Lime-Peanut Sauce, Coconut Sticky Rice, Herb Roasted Carrots (for 1)


For Jay’s Pacific Rim Chicken, we marinate boneless chicken breast in gluten-free soy sauce, ginger, garlic, lime juice, mirin, brown sugar, and canola and sesame oil.  The chicken is grilled and basted over a live fire, then served over Coconut Sticky Rice (made with onion, celery, turmeric, coconut milk, and organic chicken broth) and accompanied by our house made Lime-Peanut Sauce. Garnished with Herb Roasted Carrots and sesame seeds.
