Vegetarian Black Bean Chili With Cheese Quesadillas (for 2)


Jay’s vegetarian chili starts with the “holy trinity” of homemade chili: celery, onion, and bell peppers, then we add top-notch San Marzano plum tomatoes, garlic, carrots, zucchini, crushed tomatoes, black beans, and season the simmering cauldron with chili powder, cumin, and parsley.  We make the chili a “meal in a bowl” by providing cheese quesadillas for dipping. #sticktoyourribs
