Jay’s Lebanese Steak Bowl features sirloin steak kebabs grilled over an open flame, then post-marinated in garlic and olive oil mixture and seasoned with zaatar, an aromatic Middle Eastern spice blend.  The kebabs are served over Lebanese Lentil and Brown Rice Pilaf (Mujadara) made with caramelized onions, and garnished with roasted broccoli and mushrooms. A full–  and balanced — meal!
