Jays’ Broiled Wild Alaskan Cod fillets are seasoned with paprika, lemon, parsley, butter, kosher salt, a splash of white wine, and accompanied with Broccoli-Cheddar Risotto (made with onion, celery, garlic, broccoli florets and stems, cheddar, vegetable broth, and arborio rice) and a savory Shallot-Lime Compound Butter. Garnished with roasted asparagus spears.
