Jays’ Seabass fillets are seasoned with Lemon-Pepper, paprika, brown butter, fresh lemon, and kosher salt, then blast roasted at 450 degrees. Accompanied with a scoop of Cheddar Grits (made with cornmeal, milk, water, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses) and Parsely-Garlic Butter (unsalted butter blended with fresh parsley, garlic, and lemon). Garnished with roasted vegetables.
