Jay’s Lemon Baked Sole (also called flounder) is a light, flaky fish seasoned with lemon, parsley, brown butter, and capers. We blast-roast the sole at 450 degrees, then add parsley, paprika, and lemon pepper before serving.  Served with Shallot-Parsely Butter and Roasted Market Vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, green beans.) #WeDoSeafoodRight
