Jay’s hugely popular Lime Grilled Shrimp features jumbo shrimp marinated with a mash of lime, parsley, garlic, chili powder, canola oil, Worcestershire sauce,  and brown sugar, then grilled and served over Roasted Butternut Squash Risotto (made with arborio rice simmered with onion, celery, red bell peppers, roasted squash, and Parmesan.)
