Broiled Mahi Mahi, Lemon-Herb Garlic Butter, Roasted Cauliflower Risotto (for 1+)
Jay’s Mahi-Mahi fillets are blast-roasted at 425°, spritzed with lemon, and served over cauliflower risotto (arborio rice slow cooked with minced onion, garlic, celery, roasted cauliflower, and Parmesan cheese) and topped with lemon-parsley-garlic compound butter. The mahi mahi nicely melds into the bed of risotto.
