Jay’s Wild Caught Mahi-Mahi fillets are spritzed with lemon and paprika, then blast-roasted in the oven at 425 degrees. The mahi-mahi (served skin-on) is accompanied with Brown Rice and Beans, roasted Brussel sprouts and carrots, and a pat of Four Peppercorn-Garlic Butter. #TasteofSpring!
