Peach BBQ Chicken, Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese (for 2 or 4)


For Jay’s Peach BBQ Chicken, boneless chicken breasts and thighs are marinated in a tangy red wine vinaigrette, grilled over an open flame and basted with our sweet-n-tart homemade peach barbecue sauce.  This fabulous mid-week dinner includes Maple-Glazed Sweet Potatoes and a bonus side of our All-State Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese (made with milk, macaroni, cheddar, jack, egg, Parmesan.) Choice of 2 or 4 servings. 

*Jay’s Peach BBQ Sauce is made with diced peaches, ketchup, molasses, wine vinegar, brown sugar, gluten-free soy sauce, mustard, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili powder.
