For Jay’s popular Mango BBQ Chicken, boneless chicken breasts are marinated in a tangy apple cider vinaigrette, grilled over an open flame and basted with our sweet-n-tart homemade Mango Barbecue Sauce. This sumptuous mid-week dinner includes a side of our Roasted Pumpkin Mac ‘n Cheese (made with milk, macaroni, cheddar, jack cheese, egg, Parmesan, and roasted pumpkin and butternut squash, and a roux.)
