Boneless chicken (light and dark meat) is marinated in a tangy blend of wine vinegar, canola-olive oil, Dijon mustard, egg, brown sugar, and Worchestershire sauce, then grilled and basted with our house-made Maple BBQ Sauce. Served with #BakedFetaPasta – made by slow-baking a block of feta cheese in a sea of cherry tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, and herbs, then mashing together (forming a creamy, briny sauce) before tossing with pasta.
