With a nod to the doyenne Martha Stewart, Jay’s Chicken Mornay features shredded chicken tossed with the classic sauce (really a cheesy Bechamel) along with artichokes, braised spinach, garlic, thyme, parsley, and capers. The velvety sauce is tossed with penne and sprinkled with Panko bread crumbs and Parmesan at the finish. Garnished with broccoli. #YummyComfortFood
