With a nod to ageless doyenne Martha Stewart, Jay’s Chicken Mornay features shredded chicken tossed with the classic white sauce (really a cheesy Bechamel) along with red wine-braised mushrooms, spinach, garlic, thyme, parsley, and capers. The velvety sauce is tossed with penne and sprinkled with Parmesan at the finish. Garnished with Herb Roasted Tomatoes. #YummyComfortFood
