Martha Stewart’s Chicken Tetrazzini with Fresh Mushrooms, Braised Greens, and Pasta (for 1)


Chicken Tetrazzini (named after the Italian opera star Luisa Tetrazzini) is a timeless restaurant classic with infinite variations.  Martha Stewart’s swanky version calls for garlic-roasted fresh mushrooms, shredded chicken, organic chicken broth, milk, green peas, white wine, thyme, parsley, and Parmesan cheese (to which Jay adds braised spinach and arugula.) The velvety white sauce is tossed with linguini, sprinkled with Panko bread crumbs, and finished in the oven. #YummyComfortFood
