This vegetarian dinner salad starts with frisée greens and chopped Romaine lettuce along with fire-roasted corn, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, quinoa, walnut crumble, dried figs, and crumbled feta cheese. Our housemade White Wine-Dijon Vinaigrette (white wine vinegar, olive and canola oil, shallots, Dijon mustard, seasonings) appears on the side.
