Jay’s Mediterranean Steak Bowl features flank steak marinated overnight in olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs (thyme, parsley, rosemary) and gluten-free soy sauce. The steaks are grilled, cubed, and served over brown rice with French green lentils (cooked in a vegetable broth with celery, carrots, and onions), along with herb-roasted eggplant, roasted broccoli, and feta cheese.
