Millionaire Mac-and-Cheese w/ Tillamook Cheddar, Fontina, Asparagus and Autumn Veggies (for 1)


For this delightfully crafted mac-n-cheese,  we combine curly-Q cavatappi pasta with a hybrid cheese sauce (Mornay and Alfredo) made with gently heated milk, light cream, Tillamook cheddar, Fontina cheese, Parmesan, roux, and egg yolk, then add a medley of seasonal roasted veggies – asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, and butternut squash.
