Mission Burrito with Lime-Cilantro Grilled Chicken, Brown Rice, Rustic Salsa (for 1)


The original Mission Burrito appeared on menus in San Francisco’s Latino neighborhoods (and is widely considered the ‘godmother’ of fast-casual burritos.) Jay’s version calls for a large whole wheat tortilla (“wrap”) filled with brown rice pilaf, pinto beans, shredded jack, cheddar, and provolone, corn, sweet potatoes, and lime-and-cilantro marinated grilled chicken.  Served with house-made rustic salsa on the side.
