Chunky, chili-like, soup-stew, soul-satisfying…Jay’s posole is chock full of vegetables like carrots, celery, bell peppers, zucchini, stewed tomatoes, red beans, and posole (of course), the chewy puffed up corn kernels rooted in Native American cuisine.  Seasoned with paprika, chili powder, cumin, fresh garlic, and parsley.
