New Orleans BBQ Shrimp is actually a skillet dish – jumbo shrimp sauteed with a Worcestershire-spiked butter sauce, garlic, lemon, Cajun seasonings, chile powder, and cumin. We combine the piquant shrimp mixture with thin strands of angel hair pasta and blend with a Creole-inspired sofrito of peppers, onions, celery, plum tomatoes, and parsley.
