Lime-BBQ’d Shrimp, Pad Thai Noodles, Chopped Cabbage, Egg, Broccoli, Roasted Peanuts (for 1)


Jay’s Lime BBQ’d Shrimp with Pad Thai Noodles calls for rice noodles tossed in a piquant sauce (made with shallots, garlic, ginger, gluten-free soy, agave, sesame oil, chili-garlic, and lime juice) and plenty of grilled shrimp (marinated with lime juice, canola oil, garlic, parsley, chili powder, paprika, gluten-free soy sauce, Worcestershire, and brown sugar). The Pad Thai noodles are tossed with roasted peppers and scrambled egg. Garnished with green onions, broccoli, chopped peanuts, and shredded cabbage.  Serves one healthy portion. #WeLuvTheShrimp!

*Pad Thai sauce is thickened with corn starch slurry (corn starch and water). We use gluten-free soy sauce in place of fish sauce.
