Jay’s Pad Thai Noodles with Lime Grilled Shrimp calls for rice noodles tossed in a traditional sauce (made with shallots, garlic, ginger, gluten-free soy sauce, tamarind, agave syrup, sesame oil, chili-garlic paste, and lime juice) and plenty of Lime Grilled Shrimp (marinated with fresh lime juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, chili powder, and brown sugar), roasted red peppers, braised greens (spinach, kale), scrambled egg, broccoli, and garnished with green onions and/or cilantro.
