Jay’s Lime Grilled Shrimp with Pad Thai Noodles calls for rice noodles tossed in a piquant sauce (made with shallots, garlic, ginger, gluten-free soy, agave, sesame oil, chili-garlic, and lime juice) and plenty of grilled shrimp (marinated with lime juice, olive oil, garlic, parsley, chili powder, and brown sugar), roasted peppers, scrambled egg, bean sprouts, and garnished with green onions.  Serves one healthy portion. #WeLuvTheShrimp!

*Thickened with corn starch slurry (corn starch and water). We use gluten-free soy sauce in place of fish sauce.
