Jay’s Wok Seared Shrimp with Pad Thai Noodles calls for rice noodles tossed in a lively sauce (made with shallots, garlic, ginger, gluten-free soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, chili-garlic paste, rice vinegar, mirin, and lime juice) and plenty of wok-seared shrimp, braised greens (kale, spinach), scrambled egg, slivered broccoli stalks, roasted peppers, and garnished with bean sprouts.
