Jay’s Pad Thai Shrimp calls for rice noodles tossed in a traditional sauce (made with shallots, garlic, ginger, gluten-free soy sauce, tamarind, agave syrup or honey, sesame oil, chili-garlic sauce, and lime juice) and plenty of wok-seared shrimp, roasted red peppers, shredded Napa cabbage, a little scrambled egg, and garnished with crushed peanuts, green onions and/or cilantro. *Thickened with corn starch slurry (corn starch and water). We use GF soy sauce instead of fish sauce.
