Paprika Chicken, Mushroom, Corn, and Wild Rice Chowder (for 2)


This soothing one-pot soup-meal is prepared with shredded chicken, wild mushrooms, onion, celery, garlic, carrots, wild and brown rice, corn, light cream and crushed tomatoes, paprika, fresh parsley, and a not-so-secret ingredient (dry sherry), cooked together until simmering into a hearty gumbo-like cauldron. Goes well with a hunk of bread from the breadbox. Serves 2. #EatDinnerWithaSpoon
