Paprika Chicken, Mushroom, and Wild Rice Cauldron (for 1)


This soothing one-pot meal is prepared with shredded chicken, wild mushrooms, onion, celery, garlic, bell peppers, carrots, wild and brown rice, a touch of light cream and crushed tomatoes, paprika, fresh parsley, and a not-so-secret ingredient (dry sherry), cooked together until simmering into a hearty gumbo-like cauldron.
