Pasta e Fagioli (“Pasta Fazool”) is a slow-simmering Italian soup-meal filled with a cornucopia of veggies: zucchini, onions, celery, mushrooms, carrots, and garlic along with crushed San Marzano plum tomatoes, cannellini (white) beans, basil, parsley, oregano, kale and orecchiette pasta. It is as nourishing as it is tasty. Serves 2 (24 oz.)

Orecchiette is an ancient type of pasta from Puglia and Basilicata. The word ‘orecchiette’ means ‘little ears’.
