Shrimp Primavera Alfredo with Braised Mushrooms, Lacinato Kale, Roasted Peppers, Pappardelle (for 1)


First, we make a vegetable-laden Primavera Alfredo sauce (with wine-braised mushrooms, Lacinato (purple) kale, roasted red peppers, and garlic, whisked together with light cream, Parmesan, Jack cheese, egg yolks, and parsley). Then we fold in the pappardelle noodles and add sauteed shrimp with a flourish at the finish.  Garnished with broccoli florets. YUM! #inthemoodforpasta
