Pasta with Wild Mushroom Bolognese Sauce, Fresh Mozzarella (for 2)


For this hearty vegetarian Bolognese sauce,  portobello, cremini, and button mushrooms are simmered with San Marzano plum tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery, eggplant, and garlic.
