Peach BBQ Chicken, Maple Glazed Sweet Potatoes, Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese (for 1)


For Jay’s Peach BBQ Chicken, boneless chicken breasts are marinated in a tangy cider vinaigrette, grilled over an open flame and basted with our sweet-n-tart homemade Peach Barbecue Sauce.  This fabulous mid-week dinner includes Maple-Glazed Sweet Potatoes and a bonus side of our All-State Cheddar Mac ‘n Cheese (made with milk, macaroni, cheddar, jack cheese, egg, Parmesan.)  

*Jay’s slow-cooked Peach BBQ Sauce is made with diced peaches, ketchup, molasses, wine vinegar, brown sugar, gluten-free soy sauce, mustard, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, and chili powder.
