Jay’s Philly Cheesesteak Bowl embraces an All-American favorite (with a twist.) We start by searing thinly-sliced sirloin steak, then combining with griddled bell peppers, onions, and secret spices (mostly dried herbs). Instead of the traditional hoagie roll, we serve the steak and veggies over a bowl of fragrant jasmine rice and top with shredded provolone and parsley. We pay homage to a legendary classic while lending a modern touch.
