Piri-Piri Grilled Chicken w/ Tarragon Carrots, Red Rice Pilaf (for 2)


Piri-Piri Chicken is rooted in both Africa and Portugal cooking. Chicken breasts are marinated overnight in a piquant blend of cilantro, fresh ginger, shallots, garlic, hot sauce, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, and olive oil. The fragrant chicken is then grilled and served with red and brown rice pilaf and garnished with tarragon roasted carrots. For a flavor boost, extra Piri-Piri sauce is provided on the side.
