Dinner Party: Potato Latke Quiche with Winter Greens, Broccoli, 3-Cheeses (for 6)
Jay’s original potato latke-crusted quiche starts with making a crust with shredded potatoes, egg, minced onion, and gluten-free flour, then filling it with real eggs, light cream, a blend of four kinds of cheese (feta, cheddar, jack, and fontina), braised spinach and rainbow kale, roasted red peppers, and broccoli. We bake it low and slow and until just right. Great for a holiday brunch or light dinner.
Quiche arrives in a hotel pan; to reheat, place in a pre-heated oven at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes… and dinner is served!
