Ras el Hanout Grilled Chicken, Curried Cauliflower, Toasted Couscous (for 1)


For Ras el Hanout Grilled Chicken, we first marinate boneless chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley, and highly seasoned with aromatic Ras el Hanout spice blend (coriander, nutmeg, allspice, turmeric, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cumin, black pepper, and clove). The chicken is served over Toasted Couscous with Curry Roasted Cauliflower (with coconut sauce).  

Ras el Hanout is used in North African cooking to season tagines, meats, vegetables and stews.
