Jay’s Herb-Grilled Steak Bowl features flank steak steeped in a marinade of gluten-free soy sauce, lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce, olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, and an herbal blend (parsley, oregano, thyme, and basil), then grilled, cubed, and served with roasted butternut squash over sticky coconut rice pilaf (onions, peppers) and garnished with broccoli.   Serves one generous portion.
