Tuscan Mozzarella Panini with Cashew-Spinach Pesto, Sweet Potato Wedges (for 1)


Our Tuscan Mozzarella Panini with Roasted Sweet Potatoes makes for a delightful summer meal. Starting with locally baked ciabatta bread, we spread our signature Cashew-Spinach Pesto, then layer fresh mozzarella, beefsteak tomatoes, and roasted peppers.  Served with Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges.(To reheat your panini, simply place the sandwich in a pre-heated 350-degree oven or toaster oven for 3-5 minutes.)
