Roasted Tarragon Carrot and Red Lentil Bisque (for 2)


Roasted and seasoned carrots, along with a medley of vegetables – sweet potatoes, onions, celery, garlic, light cream, and a trio of herbs (tarragon, parsley, thyme) form this delightfully intense wintry soup. Silky smooth red lentils add protein and texture.  (*Roasting carrots brings out a nutty, sweet flavor).
