Shrimp and Scallop Alfredo with Linguini, Fire Roasted Corn, Red Peppers, and Broccoli (for 1)


For this autumnal-inspired dish, shrimp and scallops are skillet-seared with olive oil, sherry wine, and garlic, then combined with our signature alfredo sauce (made with light cream, Parmesan, egg yolks, parsley, and a roux)) and gently folded together with roasted red peppers, fire-roasted corn, and linguini. Garnished with broccoli and panko bread crumbs. #Outstanding!
