Seafood Cioppino w/ Shrimp, Scallops, and Clams (Fisherman’s Stew) for 1-2


Cioppino (Fisherman’s Stew) dates back to the 19th century when Italian immigrants in San Francisco turned the catch of the day into one-pot meals. Jay’s hearty version calls for shrimp, scallops, clams, stewed tomatoes, carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, celery, and clam broth, simmered with basil, oregano, thyme, and parsley.
