Seared Steak Poke Bowl with Brown Rice, Edamame Medley (for 1)


Our Seared Steak Poke Bowl is a carnivorian interpretation of the traditional fish/seafood dish. We marinate flank steak in sesame oil, tamari (gluten free), ginger, garlic, brown sugar, and rice vinegar. Then sear in a skillet over high heat to medium rare, cube it and serve it over brown rice. The steak bowl is served with a bevy of fresh accompaniments: avocado, cucumber, edamame beans, radishes. Note: This dish serves one.
