Jay’s Rejuvenation Bowls are healthy and delicious combinations of raw and/or cooked ingredients. This week’s version features sesame roasted tofu, shredded lacinato (Tuscan) kale, roasted butternut squash, brown rice, shredded Brussels sprouts, and a dollop of housemade sriracha-and-chick-pea hummus. Serve cold or warmed up.
