Teriyaki Tofu w/ Stir Fried Veggies, Edamame, and Egg-Fried Brown Rice (for 1)


First, we roast tofu seasoned with gluten-free soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and agave. Then we cook up chewy brown rice, chill it, and make an egg-fried brown rice with stir-fried vegetables: bell peppers, edamame, onions, carrots, broccoli stalks, celery, ginger, and garlic, then add gluten-free soy, sesame oil, and fluffy scrambled eggs at the finish. Teriyaki Tofu served over the top.   #PlantBasedCuisine
