Penne with Shrimp, Spinach and Vodka Sauce (for 1)


For this delectable shrimp dinner, we’ve created a vodka sauce (made with San Marzano plum tomatoes,  onion, garlic, parsley, light cream, fresh spinach, and reduced vodka), toss with skillet shrimp and penne pasta and sprinkle Parmesan and fresh parsley over the top on at the finish.
