Fog City Diner’s Grilled Sirloin and Black Bean Chili with Hatch Chile-Sour Cream Sauce (for 1)


Paying homage to a early pioneer of New American Cuisine (San Fransisco’s Fog City Diner), Jay’s Grilled Sirloin and Black Bean Chili starts with sauteed celery, onions, zucchini, and bell peppers, along with garlic, crushed tomatoes, black beans, and chili powder (punched up with cumin, cayenne, and parsley).  After plating, we top the bowls with slices of grilled sirloin steak and serve with a side condiment of roasted Hatch (mild) green chili-sour cream sauce.
