Jay’s Souvlaki Steak Kebabs features grilled and cubed flank steak (marinated in lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, mint, parsley, a hint of tamari) served over Mid-East Pilaf (onion, celery, chick-peas, converted rice) with roasted peppers and onions and traditional cucumber yogurt-dill sauce (tzatziki) on the side.
